Trespassing Notices
Attached latest draft of notice, especially for unexpected unwanted visitors.
Can change the amount if you wish - although I have put Minimum Penalty.
Any ideas for improvement would be welcomed.
I would suggest putting piece of card between two notices (so it cannot be said by turning over I did not see anything), laminating and then attaching the front gate/letterbox/door - near all entry points.
You have to remember THE ONLY REASON such parties are at your property is because they WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU, either on their own or for some party to whom they have contracted, for some form of recompense to 'visit you'.You may not wish to do business with them. However, IF they really want to do business with you, then you can surely accomodate them ON YOUR TERMS.
The sign is NOTICE as well as the TERMS AND CONDITIONS - so by entering they already know what they have agreed to do.
Assuming some parties will either be too dumb/ educationally challenged/ plain arrogant/ think they have the right or simply want to part with their fiats to you.
I would suggest before you discuss their entry - whilst all the time calmly and quietly deflecting their demands of you (whatever they might be):
1. Find out - Who they are - get a business card and take their car details and rego number
2. Ask for other ID including viewing their drivers licence for their personal address, BE NICE - THEY MAY WANT TO SHARE THEIR FIATS WITH YOU
3. Ask them Did you see the Trespass Notice?
If YES - Why did you not take heed of it? - ??????????????? Do you not understand your agreement for damages by coming onto the property?
If NO - Ask them to go back and read it and then come back if they so choose
4. Find out - What they want - it may not be you (however that still does not stop their agreement with you for trespass if they do not leave when requested)
5. Ask them to leave Three (3) times YOU ARE TRESPASSING - PLEASE LEAVE - if they do not
6. Have your Numbered Invoice Book and further photocopied notices at your front door - the Invoice pre-filled out except for the Name/Address and Amount of the account. Complete the Invoice in their presence.
7. Give them the Invoice with attached copy of the Notice
8. They have 21 days to pay - If not received then send Statements, (3 in all) - last one stating if they do not 'pay' you will take them to court.
9. Then issue summons - In this case you would be using your PUBLIC TRUST persona to deal with them.
10. This is a total separate agreement to whatever they originally came to your home for.
Also be aware that by giving them an Invoice you are notfying them who you are - this may not always be in your best interests!
Should you wish you can always forgive the debt upon a written apology if you feel that they have been sufficiently awakened, and changed their ways.
I believe we have a duty to help wake up the sheeple - WE DO NOT HAVE MUCH TIME.
If enough people are interested we could investigate having the notice printed on corflute with purpose rings for attachment.
This system could also work from your car, carrying your 'papers please' information (Certified BC A4VR4V, UCC Security Agreement, Claim Of Right, etc)
