How do I know the speed gun is accurate? Where is the calibration documents and the instruction manual for the speed gun?

Where is the contract that enables you to enforce the ticket without answering my questions?

Some people got done for parking in their own driveways off the street. Does it have to do with entering contract by getting license / registration?
