"Spiritual Healing" - Good, bad or questionable?

FaceBook note: https://www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=234214749965954

See how many confused people are out there, when it is clearly written in scriptures that the simple health remedies are in the plants amongst us, according to Ezekiel 47:12?

The example shown in the picture below depicts how black salve - a formula based on plants can cure skin and breast cancer. www.panaceauniversity.org/Black%20Salve%20Cancer%20Cure.pdf

This is just one example of plants used as medicine. I recommend reading up on Don Tolman's research too.

New Agers, chakra alignmenters / meditation / Yoga / Reiki / other ways, listen up - I have some stuff to help you in your search too - I'm just looking out for you and care about you too to give you an alternative view so you can make an informed decision with all available information, and not stumble and fall :) I am suspicious of, but not hostile in regards to any of the above - the forces are subtle, and we have to be vigilant. Have a look at the "Altered State of Consciousness" section at the end of the document, it will give you some insight into meditation also.

I don't rule out the possibility of Jesus being able to heal today, he healed me enough to get me on my feet again after having a near death experience (or something equally unusual of the sort) in 2005 from a flu vaccine! I casually asked the light "Is Jesus there?" and I was pushed back into my body, which should not have been functioning, but it was made able to function through His grace, mercy, and rebuking of my old worldly ways which I wasn't that consciously aware of before then. Though I was still sick for some time after that, and I realized the doctors' stuff wasn't helping me get any better, so I turned to Google and found that using vitamin & mineral supplements got me good as gold again!

We have to be aware of mischievous spirits - they can do healing too, and I would be wary of it. If you ask Jesus to heal you, make sure it is for God's kingdom, not for as a way to build up your self / worldly gains. Check anything new you come across with what the Bible says, you can even use the internet Bible studies and search to help you find it in the Bible. I'm satisfied that after hearing both sides of the story and researching as to whether the Bible is true or not, that it is fairly well accurate.

More on mischievous spirits - if you research Kundalini in churches, you'll find that people shake involuntarily and do all kinds of weird things that Jesus actually healed people from! Sound familiar? Demonic possession? Are you catching on to this!? Something is screwy!

As the song says - "This song serves as a warning to anyone searching, demonic minions are lurking, they're virtually everywhere, posing as anything, stocking their prey with original sin. Is it coincidence that all these incidents represent all the same things the Serpent said? Look at Genesis chapter 3 verse 6 it depicts exactly the same conflicts!"

I like to question people of other beliefs and even challenge other Christians, now that I have the means to do it - we have to question each other and experiences (first hand experiences independently compared are of most value) to find the right path. Remember that Satan can pose as an angel of light (2 Corintians 11:13-15) too!

Here's a challenge to New Agers, chakra alignmenters / meditation / Yoga / Reiki / other ways:

Sure, the phenomenon may be valid, but have you done more research on to the source of the spirits involved in this area? I have heard that some healing / consciousness techniques ask that one shuts off from their body and allow external spirits to come into them. How do you know that spirit is good or evil? I can't judge you on that, but I challenge you to research and put short notes with a few references together like I do and share them :)

I'm pretty sure you don't need a mat and / or pyramid to think things through on issues in life. A computer with the internet, a Bible (preferably with the studies done for you), and talking to other people seems to do it for me and I don't have much stress of the everyday life - we know it is Satanic infiltrated, so let's withdraw our energy from the establishment and put alternatives in place according to the word / fruits of the Holy spirit.

Galatians 5:22-23 (NIV)
"22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law."

Matthew 7:21-23 (KJV) says:
"21Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity."

Anyone who finds error in my message are welcome to pull me up if I've missed anything, as long as they provide some reference.

I'll add some more when / where appropriate. I think I've covered the important basics.

Altered State of Consciousness

Dr. Reagan:
Did the Yoga work for you in the sense that it really can bring you into an altered state of consciousness?

Caryl Matrisciana:
Oh, absolutely, it is a powerful spiritualism!

Dr. Reagan:
What's wrong with going into an altered state of consciousness?

Caryl Matrisciana:
First of all, you give up your mind, but you don't realize you are giving up your mind. Remember that the First Commandment says that we need to love the Lord our God with all our heart and our mind. We are not allowed to put our mind into neutral within the biblical mandate. In fact, David talks about how we need to meditate on God's law day and night. The Lord tells us to bind His law on our heads. So, biblical meditation is a mental rumination on the Word. This is quite different in the practice of Yoga, for in Yoga you meditate on an experience so that you go into yourself and you imagine and you have subjective emotions about what you feel. It's very, very powerful.

Dr. Reagan:
Wouldn't this open you up to demon possession, or at least demonic attack?

Caryl Matrisciana:
I didn't know that at the time because I wasn't a Bible believing Christian. What I was really getting involved in was opening doorways into the occult which opens doorways to demons.
