Guide to fuel saving devices
Were you looking to buy a product or built your own?
Panacea picks out the best fuel supplement products - taking into account both performance and cost.
You might also be looking for a custom cell to supplement something like a performance car or a truck or maybe even a locomotive train.
Read this document for a complete up to date guide - supplied by Panacea University.
Free plans are available if you wish to build your own.
Z5
I don't know how they work but they just seem to work with dyno / emissions tests to prove it! Save up to 40% on your fuel bill. Works on petrol, gas, and diesel engines. Visit www.z55555.com for more information. Contact Panacea for purchase enquiries. Be sure to measure the inner diameter of your air intake hose (and somewhere where the PCV oil won't reach the Z5 or it won't work) so that we can provide you with the right size Z5.
Xtreme Fuel Treatment
A low cost fuel additive that is proven to work. You can buy a one off bottle to see if it works for you, or you can subscribe to a monthly autoship if you're happy with the product.
Z5 combined with Xtreme Fuel Treatment
We tested both the Z5 and the Xtreme Fuel Treatment on a cement truck, and share our results with you.
Gadgetman Groove
In testing phase. Of the Australian car tests, it doesn't work on every car. Some cars give noticeably cleaner emissions or increased horsepower but no fuel savings.
Contact me if you are in any way interested in testing the groove and have diagnostic or other equipment to show results.
Please check your intake manifold vacuum lines for leaks and rectify them. Vacuum line leaks kill the benefits of having the groove.
Hydroxy boosters (for all engines, electricity required). We strongly recommend a hydrogen gas splitter cell - these cells have a hydrogen hose and an oxygen hose. Feed the hydrogen gas into one section of the air intake (after the air filter) and the oxygen before the air filter or just out into the atmosphere. The gas splitter cells work without modification to the cars engine management system, as tested by Panacea.
SPAD (for agricultural machinery)
Another option is the water doping system. Mostly for diesels but can be used on petrol engines with the right research. The engine exhaust
heat is used in a chamber to get a hot / cold self generating plasma to break down the vapour elements into a combustible gas supplement. The SPAD is confirmed as working. Emissions test data available, and reports from a tractor on the QLD Sunshine Coast show being able to spray 4 tanks worth of water instead of 3 they normally get out of a tank. No other modifications were made to the tractor to achieve these results.
GEET variants: (no electricity required)
Ecopra - ecopra.com or ecopracyprus.com (English website) - currently testing on petrol engines. Diesels confirmed.
SPAD - for diesel tractors and possibly large diesel power generators. We achieved at least 30% gain on a tractor with a spring mechanical governor (no throttle body).

Electronic Fuel Injected car?
Your best bet is a hydrogen gas splitter cell - you get both the fuel savings and the cleaner emissions. You don't need to install additional electronics. No fuel savings guaranteed with a hydroxy gas cell, though the emissions will be cleaner. We recommend a gas splitter cell for a carburetor car also, though you would need to work out how to tune it appropriately, and consider that your mechanic may not have enough know-how to tune the carby / timing when taking into consideration a hydrogen / hydroxy gas cell.
If you use a standard hydroxy booster or a hardcore hydroxy enthusiast, the following is for you. Adding hydroxy gas to a fuel injected car causes the exhaust gases to show up as clean burning. The oxygen sensor picks this up and sends this "clean burning" signal to the computer causing it to dump more fuel into the engine - rendering the hydroxy booster useless.
See the Hydroxy Boosters document for further details (search for "Claudio")

The most known reliable EFIE circuit going at the moment. It takes the signal from the oxygen sensor and amplifies it to send to the fuel injection computer.
Alternatively, you can use a Volo chip
Something else you could consider if you're an engineer / tinkerer is to work out how to make some sort of bubbler where the hydrogen mostly escapes through one outlet on the bubbler, and the oxygen escaps through another outlet on the bubbler. Hydrogen gas is lighter in weight than oxygen and so will float.
Here is an excellent document I found deep down on an Australian government website using Google search .
It contains briefings on various alternative energy sources, not including solar, wind, biofuels, hydroelectric or nuclear. What! What other sources of alternate energy if you strip those out of the question!? Plenty!
Why haven't these devices been mass produced or the general public told about such devices? The government can get their taxes from somewhere else surely!

Why are these companies falling to their knees and buckling under strange pressure?
Money! Greed! Governments, the big world banks, the cartels (oil, energy, pharmaceutical, and lots more!). All of these forces would have very good reason to work together in suppressing these technologies as they have alot of business to lose if the above suppressed technologies went into mass production.
What happened when the combustion engine driven car came in and phased out the horse and carts? Those cleaning the horse crap off the streets took up jobs as car mechanics, or moved on to something else! What's the go?
TOGETHER, WE CAN PUT AN END TO SUPPRESSION OF ESSENTIAL TECHNOLOGIES ONCE AND FOR ALL!
